RealPlayer 11: Change the Directory for Saving Downloaded Files

By default, RealPlayer 11 saves your downloaded media files to your boot drive. I like to have them saved to another drive so that I have them, even if I reload my PC. Here’s how to change the directory:

1. Open RealPlayer 11.

2. Click Tools and select Preferences.

3. From the left pane, select Download & Recording.

4. Go to Save Files to: and click the Browse button.

5. Go to the desired directory and select it.

6. Click OK.

7. Click OK to accept the changes and close the Preferences window.
