MySpaceIM: Prevent from Starting When Windows Starts

By default, the instant messenger from MySpace (MySpaceIM) starts when Windows does. If you don’t use MySpaceIM regularly, you are wasting resources by having it run when you don’t need it. To stop MySpaceIM from starting when Windows does:

1. Open and login to MySpaceIM.

2. Click File and select Preferences.

3. Select General from the left pane of the Preferences window.

4. Under Starting Up, uncheck the Start MySpaceIM when my computer starts checkbox.

5. Click OK.
