I have had the world edition for two years.... it is not a durable phone for any business person for the following reasons:
the phone lasted about two months - because the battery case removal to get to the SIMM or MD card will cause stress on the track ball and other front buttons; case and screen scratches easily; holster case is poorly designed (can't charge it while in case) so why are there exposed copper contacts on the volume-side of phone (design flaw); can't hear it (a slotted speaker?); noisy; tossed out the blue tooth earpiece 'cause it was too sensitive (even after adjusting the mic sensitivity on the earpiece and phone software settings); can't hear the phone ring (even with the best ring tones) when auto window is open; can't see it in bright sunlight; the hang-up botton won't "hang up" connections! And, finally, the processor is too slow to react to button commands causing it to hang-up (and a reset is inevitable)! couldn't get a unlock code from verizon for overseas! Yeah.... verizon techs suck! So why did I get one? It's cheap through a state employee contract program - seems the state government was the only market for this cheap phone! And, you get what you pay for (yeah... it was cheap allright !)

user is not a happy camper... get a motorola!
