And, finally, the processor is too slow to react to button commands causing it to hang-up (and a reset is inevitable)! couldn't get a unlock code from verizon for overseas! Yeah.... verizon techs suck! So why did I get one? It's cheap through a state employee contract program - seems the state government was the only market for this cheap phone! And, you get what you pay for (yeah... it was cheap allright !) user is not a happy camper... get a motorola!
