I like the overall feel of the site. All of these files will not be iTunes Fashion and Vintage plus files as the m4a format was in use prior to Apple’s decision to sell in this format.

Sure. Most directories with m4a files are also going to have mp3 files. This is because most people's collections contain both file types.
