T-Mobile: Record and Send a Message to Another T-Mobile Customer

If you need to get a message to someone but don’t have the time to actually get caught up in a conversation with that person, you can record and send a voicemail message to another T-Mobile customer without calling them. Simply record the message and send it, here’s how:

1. Connect to your voicemail.

2. Press * to access the Main Menu.

3. From the Main Menu, press 2.

4. Enter the phone number of the intended T-Mobile customer that the message you will record will be sent to, then press #.

5. You should hear the voice and name of the intended recipient.

6. Press #.

7. When you hear the tone, record your message. Press # when you are finished.

8. Review your message by pressing 2, send the message by pressing 1, or if you messed up and want to try again, press 3 to delete the message and rerecord it.

The message will show up on the recipients phone as new voicemail.
