Outlook: Email Multiple Contacts at Once

Emailing multiple people at once can be slow. Use this hint to do it quickly.


This tech-recipe explains how to email multiple people in your contact list at once.

1. Open your contacts
2. Hold down the CTRL key and select the recipients
3. Drag the selections onto the Inbox icon on the toolbar
4. A new email message will open with the recipients already listed in the To section of the email message

    How do you make it so the person recieving the message can not see everyone that you sent it to?

    Drag the contacts to the Bcc box rather than the To box
