		<description>In Step 7, there should not be a &#039;tt&#039; as it is 24 Hour Time; also does not appear in the Control Panel.

Also, I was not able to find the &#039;formats&#039; tab, so I just searched the Control Panel (using the search bar at the top) for &#039;Time&#039;.  About Half-Way Down the list was &quot;Change the Way time is displayed.&quot;  Then hit Customize this Format...&quot;, then hit the Time tab.  THEN you can follow Step 7.
