To change the time as Brod has mention, you will need to use “Windows Photo Gallery”

Then simply click the tab up top labeled “Info”.
On the Right hand side of your screen, you will see the picture name and below it is the date and time. Click in the “Time” field and change as you like.

Vista, as crap as it may be, also comes with windows photo gallery, which allows you to change the time stamp (in order to adjust for timezones) and the date through “info” or the “change time and date” option on photos

But you cannot change the time value. How do you do that?

Do you know of a way to change the time as well? Time zones are messing me up!
