For those wondering about Administrator privileges to disable outlook add-ins.

You need to right click on your outlook icon and run outlook as an administrator. Then you will be able to turn off Administrator Protected Add-ins

When I try to enable one note I receive an error message that this can only be done by administrator….I am the administrator and using the proper log in. Know what? All I want to do is be able to send email messages / contacts to a notebook in one note.

Only works if outlook starts correctly. My outlook closes automatically since I installed an addin
