The weird thing is: when I plug my zune into the usb, the zune software pops up automatically BUT still no sign of the zune hardware connected to zune software. I've tried everything and I will die if I have to lose all my music since my original computer crashed. I always sign onto my new comp as a guest because this comp is going to be temporary.

I did this. It succeeded. But, my zune software still doesn't read the hardware. Any advice?

I did exactly what it said and it opened a window bla bla OK and it didn't do nothing…please help

I did this, but the zunesp.dll is not found. Please help me, I think this is an underlying issue for some other problems on my PC.
