The screen protector is a separate piece with rubber molding to keep it from rubbing against the Zune's screen. The protector tightly slides into place and I have noticed no problems with it moving out of position. The case provides easy access to all parts of the Zune: controls, headphone plug, hold switch, and bottom port. Once the device is in the case, there is really no reason to take the unit out. The rubberized control cover works perfectly, allowing full access to the controls with no problems. The ToughSkin case comes with a removable belt clip for easily attaching the Zune to your waist. I found the belt clip also works great for acting as a "kick stand" to prop up your Zune for viewing videos instead of having to hold the device.
Putting the case on your Zune is a simple process:
1. Insert belt clip nub.
2. Slide your Zune into the case through the screen cutout.
3. Insert the screen protector with the rubbery edges down, beneath the edges of the screen cutout.
