everytime I use my wall charger it locks up the d pad and makes it so that any direction you hit still functions as the regular center button so that I can't press up in order reset it.

Ik, like mine froze this morning and I've tried the whole back up button shit and mind won't even reboot itself. Stupid piece of shit! Knew I should've went with an iPod

I tried holding the back and up button at the same time but it's not turning off. The hold switch is set to unlock but it simply will not turn off. The d-pad is completly frozen it won't navigate. The only buttons that work are the back and play button!! Help!
