The Zune software automatically selects the quality level of music and video files to your Zune device. To adjust the quality level for converted files, follow this Tech-Recipe.

1. Open the Zune software.

2. In the Navigation pane, right-click the device, and then select Advanced Options.

3. Select the Quality tab.

4. Select the quality settings you want for music and video.

5. Click OK.

If the file doesn't work on your device, repeat this recipe and reduce the quality settings until you find the proper level.
