Battlefield 2142: How To Skip the Intro

Battlefield 2142 is the latest outing in the Battlefield series. If you’re impatient and want to skip the intro movies and get right to the action, follow this tech recipe to skip the intro:
1. Go to the directory where you installed Battlefield 2142.
2. Go to the mods directory, followed by the bf2142 folder and finally to the Movies folder.
3. There are 5 files here you need to rename: Dice.bik, EA.bik, Intro.bik, Legal.bik, and Legal_na.bik (you can just add some text to the beginning of the file name like orig_).
4. Right-click in the directory and create a text file. Repeat this 4 more times. Now go back and rename your blank text files to the original names of the files you changed in step 3.
5. Close the window and play the game with no intro.
