Using a nonstandard TrueType font in a presentation that you’re going to send to another user (or run on another computer) will result in the formatting being incorrect if the other computer doesn’t have the font installed. To prevent this problem, embed your TrueType fonts with the presentation when you save it.

To embed a TrueType font in a presentation:

1. Click Tools and select Options.

2. In the Options dialog box, click the Save tab.

3. Under Font options for current document only, check the Embed TrueType Fonts check box. If the presentation will be edited on another computer, select the Embed All Characters option (otherwise select Embed Characters In Use Only).
