BlackBerry hotkeys/shortcuts

I’m a total fan of shortcuts or hot keys. I use the Alt+key in windows all the time!! Here are a few blackberry hotkeys/combos. Note, they do not all work with each other, ie some will work w/older phones while others will not. Only a few important ones most would find helpful.

-Soft reset (think ctrl + alt + del! ): Alt + Shift + Del

-Switch applications: Alt + Esc

-Move Icons on Home Screen: highlight icon you want to move, hold Alt and then use scroll wheel to move.

-When emailing, if you type the first part of an email address, hit Space your device will put in a @. Also a space after it will put in a period.

-Holding # will let you switch to vibrate mode and back to current profile.
