File
Print…
Choose ‘Paper Handling’ in the ‘Copies & Pages’ dropdown box
In the ‘Page Order’ dropdown box you have three options
‘Automatic’ – ?
‘Normal’ – prints page 1 first, last page ends up on top
‘Reverse’ – last page prints first, page 1 ends up on top

Choose to taste = )

For Word 2007 it is on advanced word options. Select the Office button, word options, advanced, the option is under the print settings.
