Instead of the normal black gridlines in your Excel spreadsheet, you can change them to be any color your choose. To do this:

1. Click Tools.

2. Select Options.

3. Go to the View tab.

4. Select the color from the dropdown next to Gridlines color.

5. Click OK.

Every time I open a document it comes up with the gridlines almost invisble. So I do the above steps and it works. For that one single document. Open it again and the gridlines are again almost invisible. the gridline color is again set to ‘automatic.’
What I would like to do is have ALL the documents open with the gridline colors set to ‘Black.’
    Shouldn’t be to hard….
