How do you tackle a bunch of them all at once? I can’t seem to shift select these profiles.

You obviously only have one profile or need to switch users and log in as an administrator to do this. Make sure it is safe to delete a profile before doing so, otherwise you may have to use another computer to find out how to get yours up and running again

If the delete button is not highlighted/disabled then how to delete the profile.

this does not delete them from documents and settings
