Firefox allows multiple URLs to be assigned to the home page. If you follow the steps in this Tech-Recipe, you can have more than one page load when you start Firefox, each in its own tab.

1. Select Tools | Options

2. In the Location(s) field, enter the addresses you want to use and separate them with a pipe symbol (for example http://www.tech-recipes.com | http://www.google.com)

3. Click OK

For Mac users,

A. Select Firefox | Preferences...

B. Click the General tab and follow step 2 above.

C. Close the preferences box when you're done.
