XP: Disable the Memory Dump
You can disable this if you dont want to see BLUE Screen Memory dumping in case of a system failure.
Saving your windows dump file can be invaluable in figuring how why a system is crashed. However, if you don’t care about debugging your random crashes, you can just disable the dump.
1. Right-click My Computer -> Properties
2. In the Advanced tab -> Startup and Recovery -> Settings button.
3. System Failure -> Write Debugging Information -> drop down list select None.
4. Click OK

If the laptop does not boot and for every start there is a memory dump, how does one use the solution suggested?
