MySpace: How to Delete or Remove a Friend

Tagged: MySpace Friends come and go. Just because you added somebody as a friend on your myspace account does not mean they have to be there forever. Here is how to clean out those skeletons from your myspace closet. I’ll show you by removing the infamous Tom.
Initially when I joined my space, I wanted attention. I added friends left and right. I added people I didn’t know and didn’t want to know. I just wanted to “power-up” my friends list.
No more! I am tired of all of these freaks on my friends list.
Here is how to delete a “friend” from your myspace account. I’ll delete Tom from my myspace testing account for this example…
1. Log into your myspace account
2. Click the Edit Friends link under My Friend Space
3. Click the box beside the friend you wish you remove.
4. Hit the Delete Selected button
5. Your friend is gone forever!
Please note that you can also delete ALL your friends by clicking the Select/Deselect All box and then hitting the Delete Selected button

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET RID OF THIS TOM GUY…. I HAVE NO FRIENDS LISTED BUT SOMEHOW HE STILL MANAGES TO SHOW UP ON MY PAGE… PLEASE ADVISE ME ON HOW TO REMOVE THIS “TOM” FROM MY PAGE

That works with a regular myspace account but not myspace music account (bands, etc account). I have both and my regular myspace account lets me delete friends no problem … it’s my other myspace account, the music that doesn’t give me a delete option. Anyone have experience with this?

Tom can still send updates because He IS MySpace… yes, it sucks… it’s sorta like ’spam’ – but he has the power… and unfortunately, we have to live w/ it

I cannot log into my myspace account. I know my password and everything and it will not let me into my own page. I tried to get them to email my password I recieved no email. So I thought that maybe if I signed up again with the same email address it would take me to my myspace page. It didn’t work. Please help my family communicates threw myspace, and I’ve been out of the loop for a while now. What can I do to get to my myspace page?
