Save as PDF or XPS in Office 2007 for Free

This official plug-in from Microsoft allows the user to save directly as a PDF or XPS file from Office 2007. For exchanging files with other versions of Office (or other operating systems such as Apple systems), saving to PDF or XPS is extremely useful.

Recently I created a document in Office 2007. Sadly, since Office 2007 defaults to a new format, I had to jump through some hoops to get my files to a format that everybody could use.

Saving to a PDF (or XPS) is much more compatable than office files.

Microsoft has released a free plugin for Office 2007 that allows the user to SAVE AS directly to a PDF or XPS file format. Woohoo!
