		<description>I can only recommend turning off auto defrag, as it runs way too often (for me almost daily) - And consequently reducing performance while it runs (2-3hours for me), while also reducing harddrive life time.
However, you need to remember to run defrag yourself, as defragmenting is important for performace - My rule of thumb is once a month.</description>

		<description>I did that a year ago to have automatic defrag of my hard drive. 
Yesterday I downloaded defraggler to check that it was doing the work properly and I have more than 40% fragmented files for a total of 90.4 Gb !!!

I usd to rely on windows tool to defrag the hard drive, but I think this one has failed completely that even a free solution is way better than this one (I am now down to 4% fragmentation with the free tool ...)</description>
