Windows XP: Repairing Internet Explorer (IE)

If you need to repair your Internet Explorer, follow the next steps:
Insert your Windows XP CD.
Click your Start button and select Run.
Type cmd and OK.
At the command prompt, type:
rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\Inf\ie.inf
