To manage all your shared folders, you can run the snap-in directly. This will work in XP or in Microsoft's new OS Vista.

This will show you all your shared folders in a single window
You can also see what other computers are connected and what files they have open.

Start / Run / fsmgmt.msc

(To run this in Vista, remember that you'll need to hit winkey+R to open the run box.)
