Worked great, but would like to copy certain groups of my address book and not the whole thing. How can you specify a certain group to copy?

There's another free app that works very easily, "Address Book Exporter (ABE)". I run both a mac and windows os for home and work so need interchangeability. The site is: http://gwenhiver.net/address-book-exporter.html. App installs easily then; check whether you want 'All" groups/contacts or select with the command key only those groups you choose. Next press the 'export' button upper left. Since outlook limits your file import choices to a few including '.csv' and since the file it creates is a '.txt' file, I opened the '.txt' file with MS Excel then saved as a .csv - windows format. That is also the format chosen in Outlook for importing. make sure you recheck the field mapping under the 'advanced' tab. Most all field can be imported but the default mapping misses a few like, a second phone number and email of all things. I move files back and forth regularly with ABSOLUTELY NO TROUBLE. Good luck!

Thanx but Outlook has problem impoting it some .cab file is missing and should be on office Cd but is not there…. what to do?

thx a lot… it really works but outlook didnt recognize the file so i uploaded it to my gmail account then do the export-import stuff later…

This is an issue that I ran into when using Address Book to CSV (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/maco...)
Your CSV file may need to be formated properly in order to get it to import properly into Outlook on a P.C.
