The best way to keep people from hacking your gmail account is to frequently change your password. Changing your gmail password is easy once you know where to start.

Web-based email is wonderful; however, the nontraditional GUI often makes routine tasks difficult to find. Changing your password in gmail is one such example. Here is how to do it.

1. Log into your gmail account.
2. Click Settings link in the top right hand corner
3. Click the Accounts tab
4. Click on the Google Account Settings link
5. Click on the Change Password link
6. Enter password, confirm, and click the Save button.
