What are Firefox Extensions? What extensions are installed?
Want to know what Firefox can do? Read this guide to using extensions.
Extensions are small add-ons that add new functionality to Firefox. They can add anything from a toolbar button to a completely new feature. They allow Firefox to be customized to fit the personal needs of each user if they need additional features, while keeping Firefox small to download.
Extensions range from small; like adding new properties of TABBED browsing or large like adding a Calender.
TO SEE WHAT EXTENSIONS YOU HAVE:
Go to the main menu;
1. Click Tools in Firefox
2. Click Extensions
The dialog box will list all extensions you have currently installed.
Finding and Adding new Extensions
To find extensions point your browser to:https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/ it is the main archive of Firefox extensions on the Internet.
