		<description>They couldn&#039;t leave Windows Explorer alone. Its bad enough having to fix it in XP after installing it, Vista however is such a clusterfuck there is NO FIXING IT. They should have stuck with screwing up IE and left WinExp alone. I can install another browser, I cant install another file browser. People with tech know how use it and now they have dumbed it down so much that its virtually unusable and inconsistant.</description>
