Use AIM to connect the Wall Street Journal Online and obtain menu-driven data.


AIM and SMS messages will soon will used to obtain and send information quicker, easier, and to a wider variety of devices.

The Wall Street Journal Online is moving in this direction.

Sending an IM to WSJOnline will respond with a menu. By using this menu, you can obtain various news and data. Inputting a company’s stock ticker will obtain up to date stock information, for example.

As SMS and the IM networks join more and more, cool AIM bots like this one will be welcomed ways of obtaining information.
