To download Pictures Imbedded in Emails Automatically in Windows 7/Outlook 2007:

  1.  In Outlook 2007 click on the Tools tab and on the drop down menu click on “Trust Centre” 

  2.  In the next window on the left hand side of that menu you should see the button “Automatic Downloads”, select that. 

  3.  Where it says “Don&#039;t download pictures automatically in HTML in email messages or RSS items” uncheck the box.

  4.  Make sure that box is no longer checked and then select the “OK” button at the bottom</description>
