where is says gender enter your gender, age, city,STATE, etc.

this worked for me.

MySpace will NOT allow “special” Characters [such as "<" (a.k.a., "&gt;")] in certain Fields [such as the "City:" field on the Basic Information page of the Profile Editor].

This hack used to work — I used it myself — but it doesn’t work anymore. Sorry.
