Thanks for all the Guidance. However, the true colors of Microsoft are evident when I read about the VistaXP theme (http://bit.ly/2An5VH). I was a fan of MS until a month ago, writing in support of MS and its products but am slowly realizing that MS does not really wish to engage others in using its products as against other open source projects. Now, I feel hatred towards the company for which I wrote articles including http://bit.ly/10A3xw. It is nothing but a mean company heading towards end - only because Bill cornered Allen.

I recently Downloaded and installed the Universal Vista Inspirat Brico Pack Ultimate 2 1.0: From

One of the main reasons I was interested in this Pack was the sleek black look it gave your Active Title Bar and Start menu and such. (as seen here):http://www.softpedia.com/progScreenshots/Universal-Vista-Inspirat-Brico-Pack-Screenshot-26339.html
Problem is the Title bar Is like an Ice-White and I don't know how to change it =

Can anyone help me?

I found a better and easier to understand way to do exactly what you explain on youtube but if I never looked at this site I would never have got this far
