This site allows for you to create a link so your friends can text message you. Put the link in your profile or away message and voila! PLUS it has a customizable text message page (pictures, links, message...) and a buddylist so if you get your friends to sign up you can login and text, no looking up numbers. The greatest part is its free...hehe. Im cheap what can i say. Why am i recommending this so much? Because the guy added my carrier for in a day and helped me out... hard to find that service... and this is FREE.

.) goto http://www.monkeymaximus.com and read the blurb and look at the example.

.) If this is what you are looking for click signup and join.

.) login and click 'Make a Custom Link'

.) Type in your message and click the type of link you want.

.) paste into your AIM profile, away message, or webpage.

.) enjoy the text messages your friends send you.
