Sony PSP : Adding LocationFree TV back to CFW 4.01 M33 and other CFW 3.xx versions

Sony PSP custom firmwares have been around for quite sometime. These firmwares are originally Sony based but have been custom tweaked to allow kernel 1.50 emulation (and thus true homebrew availability). However, installing the 1.50 kernel add-on forces removal of the korean font and the LocationFree TV application files. This is a big deal for those of us with a LocationFreeTV setup. Here is how to add back those files!
